Summer of 2012 when days are meant to be endless and the sun shines everyday. Lizzy and her partner Jock had a beach wedding planned unfortunately mother nature had other plans. A “weather bomb” so the beach wedding was moved indoors to where the reception as held for an equally as beautiful ceremony, the sun showed it’s face later in the day just in time for the photographer.
Not your typical bride, Lizzy had no idea of the her bridal and flower girl bouquet’s, a gift from a family friend whose instructions were white, cream and greens. So with that I got too choose yay! Taken to the bride the evening before heard through the grapevine they brought a tear to her eye.
Bridal bouquet was a tight and scented posie made from white and cream lisianthus, white spray rose’s and double dutch freesia’s, stems left showing and bound in white silk and finished with pearls.
Flower girl bouquet was to mirror the brides but smaller in size, the same fragrant flowers but bound in cobolt blue silk and finished with pearls.
